Do you have a minimum order for online purchases?
We offer outstanding prices for our great merchandise as we sell exclusively wholesale, in volume. Our minimum order is $200.00, with no minimum quantity restrictions for most of our collection. We understand that our customers may wish to place smaller orders and our shopping cart will accept orders below our minimum. A $10.00 special handling fee will be added to all orders below $200.00.

How do retailers price your merchandise for retail selling at their stores?
Our customers' pricing policies vary widely based on many factors including their target market, business overhead and marketing costs associated with their unique businesses. High-end jewelry retailers typically mark our products up as much as 5-7x their cost. Many of our customers use a lower markup with a higher volume and quicker turn around marketing strategy. These retailers usually set a 2-5x markup on our products and generate very strong sales and profits every month. The markup also depends on the weight and cost price of each item. Typically a heavier and more expensive item will have a lower markup, but will still generate a reasonable profit due to the higher initial cost of that piece. Most of the merchandise that is purchased from us should retail for 2-5x the wholesale cost, which are terrific margins compared to many other retail categories.

We strive to provide our customers with a selection of the latest and most fashion forward styles at the lowest wholesale prices. Our website enables us to offer these designs to you in a much quicker time frame than a print catalog. One of the features we have provided on our website as a tool for our customers is the capability toPrint their own custom catalog. We believe that this not only enables you to customize your catalog, but helps contribute to saving our natural resources.

What is Sterling Silver?
Pure 100% silver looks shiny white and is extremely soft. 925 Sterling silver is an alloy of silver containing 92.5% pure silver and 7.5% other metals, usually copper. Silver is typically alloyed with copper to give strength while preserving the ductility of the silver and maintaining a high precious metal content. Other metals can replace the copper, usually with the intent to improve various properties of the basic sterling alloy such as reducing casting porosity, eliminating firescale, and increasing resistance to tarnish.

What is rhodium plating?
Rhodium plated jewelry is made of 925 sterling silver, then plated with rhodium to give each piece an expensive look that is nearly identical to platinum jewelry, but at a fraction of the cost. Rhodium plating is very effective in preventing the effects of oxidation, or tarnishing.

What are your Sterling Arts showroom and office hours?
Our regular showroom and office hours are Monday through Friday, 10 am to 5 pm. We are open
weekends during the AmericasMart trade shows, and operate on an extended workday schedule
during markets.

Where is your showroom located?
Our showroom is located in Atlanta, Georgia at AmericasMart, Building 3 on the 6th floor, suite number 6W124A. We are on the main atrium, half way around the circle.
Following are driving directions to AmericasMart, Atlanta:
Driving North on Interstate 75/85
Take Exit 248C, which is Andrew Young International/Freedom Parkway. Stay to the left on Andrew Young International Boulevard. Go to the seventh traffic light and turn right on to Spring Street. AmericasMart 2 will be on the left, AmericasMart 1 on the right. If you continue through the traffic light, AmericasMart 3 will be on the left.
Driving South on Interstate 75/85
Take Exit 249C Williams Street; go to the fourth traffic light, and turn left on Harris Street. AmericasMart 2 will be on the right and AmericasMart 3 will be on the left. If you continue through the next traffic light, AmericasMart 1 will be on the right.
