Sterling Arts has been a leader in the wholesale jewelry industry for over 25 years. We take pride in being one of the first suppliers of sterling silver jewelry at AmericasMart Atlanta. Sterling Arts is known for their selection of fashion forward items offered at affordable prices. 

Our buyers personally travel all over the world to bring you the latest jewelry trends. We import directly from our global network of manufacturing partners, and feature jewelry from the U.S., Mexico, Indonesia, Thailand, Italy, Hong Kong and Poland.

Sterling Arts showroom located in Building 3, AmericasMart features one of the largest selections of sterling silver jewelry in the country. Our collection includes semi-precious stones, amber and pearls along with our upscale sterling silver jewelry. We have an extensive gift line and offer in-house custom engraving.

Ordering

To place an order, simply select an item and click on the "add to cart" image. Follow the directions on each page that follows and fill in all the required items. Once you have submitted the order, you will receive an email confirmation which will include your order number and contact information in case you have any questions or concerns.

Minimum Order

We offer outstanding prices for our great merchandise as we sell exclusively wholesale, in volume. Our minimum order is $200.00, with no minimum quantity restrictions for most of our collection. We understand that our customers may wish to place smaller orders and our shopping cart will accept orders below our minimum. A $10.00 special handling fee will be added to all orders below $200.00.


Payment Methods

We accept all major credit cards including Visa, Mastercard and American Express. We will only charge your credit card after your items have been invoiced and shipped.

Shipping

We ship via UPS, FedEx and USPS. All items must be signed for at point of destination. We require a street address, not a P.O. Box as the “ship to” address.

Engraving
Sterling Arts offers engraving services for many of our sterling silver jewelry and gift items. Merchandise may be engraved with one of our Sterling Arts standard font styles or with your custom logo. Engraving has a minimum cost of $4.00 for up to 3 characters. Each additional character is $ .75.
The average turn around time for engraving orders is 5-7 business days for in-stock items. During the Holiday season, engraving may take up to 2 weeks.

At Sterling Arts, we respect our customers and understand that you are concerned about privacy. All the personal information that you supply to Sterling Arts in the course of doing business with us will be secured and confidential at all times. Sterling Arts will not share your personal information with any third parties for marketing purposes without your prior express consent except as required by law, governmental authority or court order.

We may contact you from time to time via telephone, email or post to inform you of our latest products and special promotions in our showroom, with a choice to opt out from our mailing list.

Sterling Arts makes every attempt to make our item descriptions as accurate as possible.  Sterling Arts does not warrant that all product descriptions or other website content is complete, accurate, current, reliable or error free.  If a product offered on sterlingartsusa.com is not as described, your sole remedy is to return it to us in unused condition. Returns & Exchanges

We guarantee that our merchandise is of the highest quality available. However, if you are not completely satisfied with your online purchase, please contact us within 7 days of delivery to request a return authorization. Please follow these instructions for a hassle-free return or exchange:

1. Obtain a Return Authorization Number by emailing customerservice@sterlingarts.com or calling 404-659-8133 within 7 days of receipt of your order. Indicate in your correspondence the invoice number, the style number(s) for the merchandise you wish to send back and the reason for the return. 
2. For manufacturer’s defect claims we can offer an even exchange or full refund. For other returns we will gladly make an even exchange if the merchandise is sent back in new, unused condition in their original packaging. Please note that a 20% re-stocking fee may apply to returns other than for defective merchandise. S&H fees, including the minimum order surcharge, are not refundable. No refunds or reimbursements will be made towards the cost of shipping returned or exchanged merchandise back to us, unless it is to exchange damaged merchandise for identical products. For damaged merchandise, we will pay for return shipping costs and send replacement items at no additional shipping charge.  
3. Ship us the merchandise after you have received your return authorization number. Please be sure to send back the merchandise right away, as each return authorization expires after 7 days and a new one will not be re-issued. Secure the merchandise and insure it for the full value.
